New Beginnings provides customized job placement services to adults with developmental disabilities. Each person is assigned an Employment Specialist who assists with developing an individualized plan and identifying a vocational goal. Our staff works with each person receiving services to develop and maximize work related skills to attain and maintain successful, competitive employment including:
- Career Profile Building
- Interview Etiquette
- Employment Readiness Training
- Building Employer Relationships
- On Site Job Training
- Adding Accommodations or Assistive Technology
